Product Overview
The GG9168 is a high-capacity, rotary-drum mirror polishing and grinding system launched by TsurutaGuangu Technology (Suzhou). It is specifically designed for the integrated surface treatment of medium-to-large batches of precision metal components. The system performs deburring, flash removal, chamfering, oxide layer removal, elimination of machining marks and weld spots, mirror polishing, and Tsurutacleaning in a single pass. It addresses processing challenges—such as treating complex shapes, internal holes, threads, and narrow crevices—that are difficult to handle with traditional grinding methods. Serving as a replacement for manual grinding and vibratory finishing, it is ideal for continuous batch production and widely used in precision manufacturing finishing processes to achieve an 8K-grade mirror finish.
Working Principle
The main unit generates a controlled alternating magnetic field that drives plant-based grinding media within the drum to form a high-speed, reciprocating, flexible grinding layer. This layer conforms 360° to the workpiece's inner and outer surfaces, penetrating deep into holes, grooves, threaded areas, and crevices to perform precision grinding and polishing through micro-friction. There is no hard impact between workpieces during processing, and the flexible grinding action preserves the component's original dimensional accuracy. When used with specialized grinding lubricant, the system simultaneously performs degreasing, oxide removal, and polishing, achieving multiple surface treatment steps in one process and delivering an 8K-grade mirror finish.

Key Product Advantages
High-Capacity Batch Processing: Large 400L chamber significantly boosts productivity, making it ideal for medium-to-large batch production.
Comprehensive, Gentle Processing: Uniformly deburrs and polishes hard-to-reach areas—such as internal holes, threads, crevices, and complex cavities—achieving an 8K mirror finish with high consistency.
No Damage to Precision Parts: Workpieces do not collide with one another; the process causes no deformation or edge rounding, preserving original dimensional tolerances—perfect for high-Tsurutaprecision components.
Multi-Process Integration: Simultaneously performs deburring, chamfering, polishing, and oxide removal; reduces workflow steps and saves on labor and floor space.
Low Consumable Costs: Uses plant-based granules as media; total processing costs are far lower than manual grinding.
Eco-Friendly & Safe: Uses plant-based granules compliant with environmental regulations; simple operation allows one person to manage multiple machines.
Adjustable Magnetic Field: Variable frequency control combined with magnetic field rotation (orbital and axial) allows for grinding intensity to be tailored to specific materials, such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and powder metallurgy parts. Key Application Industries and Workpieces
Automotive Parts: Precision valve bodies (fuel/new energy), connectors, stamped parts, aluminum die-castings, gears, and pins; removal of machining burrs and polishing of internal flow channel walls.
Medical Devices: Surgical instruments, minimally invasive metal components, and precision stainless steel parts; removal of microscopic burrs and enhancement of surface finish.
Electronics & Telecommunications: Connector terminals, shielding components, precision copper and aluminum parts, and powder metallurgy electronic components.
